Company never sent item. Claimed they could not send at the advertised cost. They claimed they "had" to put false shipping info ibto the system because the time window was ending (they put in the tracking number for a shipment to another customer). Then they asked me to cancel the order (which was impossible because they had already listed it as shipped). AliExpress website says the order would have automatically been cancelled if they hadn't listed it ad shipped. They only reason I can think of their trying this is so I get the blame for the cancelled order and not them. I didn't cancel it (couldn't even if I wanted to). I did dispute and ask for a refund when the system would let me after the tracking number said the package arrived (presumably to the other customer). The company did refund me though as promised when they asked me to cancel the order. Still it was an unpleasant transaction
